I think it needs to be said that I adore sweet newborns.  One of the most challenging sessions…typically, as it has a ton of prep work and set up/break down etc…but especially because it requires a lot of snuggling, feeding, changing.  For Felicity, she decided to sleep the entire time…okay I had to rock her for maybe about 2 minutes (of which I LOVED) and she went right back to sleep.   The last month I have had about 3 babies that all were alert and ready to stare right into my camera…which is also adorable.  🙂  My point in all this…every newborn session I do is unique to your baby.  And I love that.  Every baby tells me what he/she likes or doesn’t like.  I know that sounds weird but I can tell when a baby does not like his/her hands touched.  🙂
